These points will likely help you with your order status: 

* The production time for goods is stated in BMC's Store Policies.  The Store Policies are what you agree to--by checking the box---before your order is submitted. Since you've ordered online, reading them is HIGHLY encouraged. Please do read the Policies.

* BMC is not a "big box" shop; everything is made for you when you order. Again, this is stated in the Store Policies.

* BMC uses email to communicate. The website automatically emails you a receipt after you place an order; likewise, you'll receive an update via email when your order ships, with a tracking number. Check your SPAM folder. The email was sent, guaranteed!

* We do NOT "text" you, unless we have an urgent question. We use EMAIL. If your email address doesn't automatically forward to your phone, learn how to make that happen, OR -- actually log in and check your email.  You MUST read your email and reply for us to provide excellent customer service.
